What do you need to quote a shipment?
Origin and destination, the commodity, weight and dimensions, and the pickup or delivery window you need to hit. If the freight has special handling, tell us that up front.
What kind of equipment do you run?
Box trucks. They suit freight that does not need a full trailer and they reach docks, lots and streets where a tractor-trailer is awkward or cannot go at all.
Do you handle one-off shipments or only ongoing lanes?
Both. A single move is welcome, and if it turns into a repeating lane we will build a standing plan for it so the details do not get re-solved every week.
How will I know where my freight is?
Status is tracked as the load moves and your coordinator relays it. If something changes in transit, you hear about it from us with options, rather than finding out at the dock.
What happens if a load is delayed or something goes wrong?
The exception is escalated to your coordinator, you are told what the realistic options are, and the file stays open until the freight is delivered and the paperwork is reconciled.
